I ordered 2 Fjord chairs from them and was told it would take 4 months for them to arrive which it did. However upon arrival to their store, the owners refused to deliver them until another order came in for someone who lived close to my area. The website states, "Professional Delivery anywhere is always possible." I was originally given a quote of $200. to deliver my chairs. Then the owner said it might cost $350. Only after repeated phone calls and 4 weeks later did they finally deliver my chairs at a cost of $190. Not once did they apology for the delay and instead seemed annoyed that I finally insisted they be delivered.
Our last purchase there was a Blue Serta remote Recliner and we love it. Great service and what's so unlike the other Furniture stores here, they are truthful. So Rare, very nice.
We were so excited to finally find a Furniture Store in our coastal area that carried quality furniture at affordable prices. Everyone including the owner are so nice and So helpful.

My wife and I bought a love seat and two recliners from Family Furniture. From the time we walked in the front door, we were made to feel like we were family. The furniture is gorgeous, the delivery men were a pleasure. My wife and I will be going back. Good pricing on quality Furniture, Keith, Megan, and Linda are wonderful people to work with.
