Sales staff need more training on products less training on how to confuse a cash customer.
Sales lady did not seem to have any knowledge about the product, color or quality. Very disappointed, you want to waste several hours of time on a sunny day? This is your place.
Great prices, great customer service, great furniture.... Sound Furniture is my favorite furniture store. It's a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Everyone there is very helpful, patient and kind.
I will not order anything from them again. I know they do not build it, but their customer service is very poor. I ordered 2 bar stools, and I was told it would be 4-6 weeks. I called at 6 weeks, and they said orders take 6-8 weeks. I called at 8 weeks, and I was told it takes 8-10 weeks. After 13 weeks I finally have my bar stools. They also damaged the buffet when delivering. Of course it took them 4 weeks to come out and repair it. I will not go back.
My refrigerator had quit cooling. I called around 9 am and they were able to fit me in on very short notice. They committed to call me with in the hour and they did before noon my issue was resolved. The service guys were great. Thanks so much for making me a priority.
